Service Technician / Installation Team
We are hiring Service Technicians and Installation Team Members to install and service awnings, shade systems, and outdoor living projects across Southeast Pennsylvania.
Overview
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused primarily on the installation and service of retractable awnings and shade systems. You will also support related outdoor living projects including decks, patios, and pergolas. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality finished product and strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Install retractable awnings, fixed awnings, and shade systems
- Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing installations
- Assist with installation of decks, patios, pergolas, and related structures as needed
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Load, transport, and maintain tools and materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Requirements
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or installation preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable, team-oriented, and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license required
