Outside Sales Representative
We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, assess project needs, and close deals for awnings, decks, patios, and shade systems across Southeast Pennsylvania.
Overview
This is a high-opportunity, field-based sales role focused on in-home consultations. You will meet with homeowners, design solutions, present proposals, and close projects. Strong inbound demand and brand presence support consistent opportunity flow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and site visits
- Assess space, take measurements, and recommend solutions
- Present proposals, pricing, and financing options
- Close deals during or shortly after appointments
- Manage schedule, pipeline, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations for project execution
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (in-home or construction preferred)
- Strong closing ability and confidence in face-to-face sales
- Self-motivated and able to manage territory independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
