Skippack, PA (Office) Full-Time OTE $100K+

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound demand, qualify homeowners, and convert interest into booked consultations and closed projects.

Overview

This role operates from our Skippack office and focuses on converting inbound leads into scheduled consultations and revenue. You will be the first point of contact for many customers and play a key role in driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, web leads, and inquiries
  • Qualify homeowners and identify project scope
  • Schedule consultations for outside sales team
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM records

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling multiple leads daily
  • CRM experience preferred
